Invoices
AuraCRM handles the two billing moments a solo practice cares about: charging for extra work and paying for the subscription. Both keep you in control, and neither uses a card processor.
Overage invoices from a session
Many premium engagements are a base retainer plus billed overages. When a session mentions extra hours or out-of-scope work, the billing agent detects it and queues a draft invoice for that client.
- The invoice appears as a proposal — review the amount and details, edit if needed, and approve it.
- Nothing is billed automatically; an invoice exists only once you approve it.
- Invoices are listed per client and across your workspace, with their status.
How clients pay
Payment is a direct bank/account transfer, not a card charge through a processor such as Stripe or PayPal. You share your transfer details with the client and reconcile the payment yourself. This keeps AuraCRM zero-fee on the payment path and puts you in charge of your own banking relationship.
Your own subscription
Your AuraCRM subscription is billed the same way — a direct transfer to the owner's payment page, confirmed by an admin, which activates your plan. The full flow, plan tiers, and transfer reference are covered in Plans & limits.
